TITLE: MST Therapist (
GENERAL
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Responsible
for providing a wide range of mental health services to facilitate implementation
of Multisystemic Therapy (MST). MST is a
community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity
and their families and information about this treatment model on the internet
at www.mstservices.com. Responsible
for the MST assessment including review of referral information, identifying
and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses,
and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological
context. Must be available to provide periodic on-call 24-hour coverage.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters
degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology required.
SALARY:
Up to $51,022 depending upon
experience. Excellent benefits.
