🎉Congratulations to Pam Graber for reaching her 30-years of service milestone. Employed at the CMHCM Midland clinic, Pam has worked on multiple teams and in various roles including serving as a Community Support Technician. In this role she also provided short term coordination to assist consumers with applying for entitlements/benefits, housing resources/SOAR Applications, and navigating other needed community resources. In her current role, Pam is a Case Manager on Midland Team 3 serving and supporting the consumers on her caseload/team.
Pam has a kind and generous heart that can be felt through her efforts, caring, and compassion for others. She is well liked by her team, coworkers in the agency, community partners, and those she serves. She has a can-do attitude and is always willing to roll up her sleeves and get to work. She truly wants what is best for those she serves and works diligently to help ensure they have quality and meaning in their lives.
Pam has a great sense of humor and enjoys sharing stories of her family, their activities/hobbies and trips they taken, including camping, off-roading, and traveling to new destinations for vacations. She freely gives her time for others. She enjoys being active and participates and volunteers for activities with her family in the community and around the state. She is also the official Team 3 holiday decorator, ensuring that the halls near the team room are adorned with decorations of the changing holidays.
As Pam reflects on her time at CMHCM, she comments, "There have been many things that I have been fond of through my years. Most of all, I feel that it is helping and making a difference in the lives of our consumers. I enjoyed my time when I was doing short term coordination as there were many consumers who had quick success, so it helps to validate that what we do makes a difference. I have enjoyed the many hats that I have worn over the years at CMH as I have a firm grasp on the many different services that are offered and the resources that are out in the community that can benefit our consumers. I have loved the challenge of being a case manager and that no day is the same. I have made so many great friends. I enjoy my current team and supervisor and they will be greatly missed when I retire later this year."
